PatchLab is free to join. You must be at least 13 years old, give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
You keep ownership of what you post. You give PatchLab permission to store and display it as needed to run the service, including showing shared grows and seeds to other members. Only post content you have the right to share.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post or send anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent, illegal, spam, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice.
You can block any member in Messenger and report any message, member or grow with the Report button. We review reports and act on them, normally within 24 hours.
Weight estimates, seed rankings and other tools are for information and fun. They are not guarantees, and growing results depend on many things outside our control.
Purchases in the PatchLab Seed Store are physical goods paid through Stripe on the website. Seed exchanges between members are arranged by the members; PatchLab is not a party to them.
PatchLab is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, PatchLab and its owner are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end accounts that break these terms.
